1. What is your age and your current level of education?
My current age is 13.My current level of seuctaion is Secondary/Middle School.
2. Is English your native language, and if not how many English courses have you taken?
Yes, English is my native language.
3. In your opinion, what would be the ideal staff? (150 words minimum).
In my opinion, the ideal staff which is experienced and mature, active and helping others. A staff missing one of them could be a problem as this is a 24/7 server. A staff should not grief or do any immature stuff like, begging. As staffs are there to uphold the rules, staffs must abide the law and server rules. An ideal staff always have to be kind and loyal to the server. The ideal staff also must not abuse their powers like to randomly banning players, saying words that are not meant to be said or scam other players for information. Staffs are there not for fun, they are there to moderate and make things fun. The ideal staff must also understand the rules and memorize them. I hope that the server has satffs like that, because in other servers, i saw that the admins abuse their rights. So, therefore, an ideal staff must know how to take actions and tottally understand the rules.
4. What qualifies you to be part of the staff? (100 words minimum).
I qualify for the position beacause I am active player and totally understand the rules from right to wrong. I also help to moderate in my own LAN server. I don't abuse the rights, but I help people get what they want legit, not using any mod. I think I qualify for staff because I find that people always like to grief other people properties, and I think that will be hurting if the player did not get punished or banned. I like to solve problems between players and resolve conflict. The feeling of that is absolutely great, therefore I think I'm eligible for this.

1. If two members had gotten into an argument, how would you break it up, and leave them both happy? (50 words minimum).
I would listen to both players one by one and get the testimony from the players. I would find evidence of the actual incident and also find some eye witnesses, then I would confront both players and give them what they deserve to make both parties happy and make this server safe.
2. If someone broke a rule, and you caught them, what would you do? Why? (50 words minimum).
If someone broke a rule and I caught them, I would make appropriate actions that should be done. Like banning their IP for two weeks, etc. This must be done because staffs uphold the rules. People usually learn from punishments, not from warnings. This is to keep the server safe and other players happy to get the server grief free.
3. What if you were notified of a rule-breaker by a member? What would you do? Why? (50 words minimum).
I would take appropriate actions and teleport there immediately. Then I would find evidence, eyewitnesses and testimonies. If proven gulity, actions would take place immediately. The person is innocent until proven guilty. I would like to say that sometimes people just abuse the reporting. Therefore, I would give them a 1 hour ban for their wrongdoing.
4. If someone found diamonds and it was broadcasted, what would you do? Why? (50 words minimum).
I would say that is wrong, and one should be humble, not proud and the person might just lose them anytime. I don't mean mentioning is wrong, I mean that the showing off is wrong, one should not count their eggs before they hatch. I personally don't like to see people showing off.
5. If someone cursed you out with the words that haven't been censored, how would you respond? Why? (50 words minimum)
I would give the person warnings. After several warnings, I will ban the person from playing this server as he might be using verbal abuse and that might upset players. But if the statement is badly harming and upsetting I would ban the player immediately and inform the player that have been verbally bullied. I will also tell the players the rules and not to repeat this mistake that has been committed by the player.
