1. What is your age and your current level of education? 14,1.st grade middleschool.
2. Is English your native language, and if not how many English courses have you taken?It isn't my native language, and I didn't take any courses,but as you can see It's almost perfect.
3. In your opinion, what would be the ideal staff? (150 words minimum).
The ideal staff?Probably someone who knows how to entertain the players and keep everything in peace at the same time.Someone who knows how to listen to the player's problems.Someone who,while being in a high place of power,still has respect to others,no matter how "nooby" or un-educated they are.Someone who people can trust to be there for them if they need help.Someone who follows the rules and enforces them himself.That, would be the ideal staff.
4. What qualifies you to be part of the staff? (100 words minimum).
I like to help people.Also,I can handle bad players,and I can keep the crowd entertained.I don't really enforce the rules when not needed,but I'm ready to punish anyone who breaks the rules.I am always there when players need me even without a staff member's position.Also,I got a few tricks up my sleeve when it comes to finding hackers/cheaters.

1. If two members had gotten into an argument, how would you break it up, and leave them both happy? (50 words minimum).
Well,first of all I need to know what the problem is.If its something server related,like stealing or PvP,what can I do,it's allowed,but I would try to persuade the other player to give the items back.If it was something else,I would try my best to solve the problem,If I can.
2. If someone broke a rule, and you caught them, what would you do? Why? (50 words minimum).
I would warn them to not break that rule again,and I would follow them in mob disguise just to be sure.If it happens again,kick.Depending on the reaction of the player,I would either mute them or follow them more.If it happens the 3.rd time,kick and mute again.4.th time I would ban them without hesitation.
3. What if you were notified of a rule-breaker by a member? What would you do? Why? (50 words minimum).
I would first check if they are in bad terms with each other.If so,I would follow the accused player in mob disguise,and check for myself.
4. If someone found diamonds and it was broadcasted, what would you do? Why? (50 words minimum).
Well if it was once,its probably someone wanting to show off.If it happened twice to the same player,I would follow them (mob disguise again),and depending of the results of the mob disguise,I would either leave the player alone or warn them about hacking.
5. If someone cursed you out with the words that haven't been censored, how would you respond? Why? (50 words minimum)
I would try to calm the person down and try to solve the problem they have with me.If it was just random cussing,I would warn them to respect other members.If it happened again I'd mute the person.Depending on the reaction I would either kick or leave the person alone.If the problem persists and the person starts arguing with other players,I would give a temporary ban.

No!!!Try Getting MOD For Another Account And Keep The Erza ,You Wont Be Able To Be On Faction And/Or Raid With Us

I can't be in the faction if I'm a mod?
I would rather stay in Nightmares and help you guys,not join the Staff faction. But if that's not possible...then forget about this application.
