1. What is your age and your current level of education? High school graduate.
2. Is English your native language, and if not how many English courses have you taken? English is my native language.
3. In your opinion, what would be the ideal staff? In my opinion an ideal staff is one that can enforce the rules properly and keep the minecraft community a safe one. I belive one should be a fun, helpful, respectful to the members of the server given any question or objective. The staff should be able not to crack under pressure no matter what happens. I think that a staff should never abuse his powers for his/her's own use to kill, spawn items for people, or to ban a person before a problem is resolved and someone is PROVEN guilty to were immediate action will be taken. Staff must understand all rule;s give by there above ranking member's such as admin, op and owner. I think their job should be taken care of responsibly and carfuly so that no mistakes happen. thus is my opinion of an ideal stff.
4. What qualifies you to be part of the staff? I believe i am qualified for staff is that i can handle the responsibility of being a staff and helping people without augment and and anger. i answer to everyone that asks for me wen help is needed and never back down from a challenge. I can take on anything that u throw at me with ease. i am usually i nice person hardly ever use foul language. i have no problem with enforcing rules wene needed. in real life i have a reputation of never being in fights and always being their for my friends and family, no matter what im doing i stop and help who needs it the most. i am respectful to people even if i am enemy to one in real life and in game. i think i would make an excellent staff member, for i have been told by many people in the past and i belive i can myself.

1. If two members had gotten into an argument, how would you break it up, and leave them both happy? If two individuals had gotten into a argument i would first find out what the argument was about, given that if it was about a grief,cheating, or hacking depending on the circumstans's the proper action would be taken. If the argument was about pvp, i would remind them that the server is allowed pvp and there would be nothing that i would be able to do.(50 words minimum).
2. If someone broke a rule, and you caught them, what would you do? Why? If someone broke a rule and i caught them doing so i would first act on how sever the situation is. If the situation was minor like a "small" grief i would ask for an apology and ask for them to fix what was broken. if it was a more sever grief then i would take an action of possibly banning after consulting an admin unless the grief is very bad in witch a ban is needed imedeatly i will do so to make sure i dose not get any worse(50 words minimum).
3. What if you were notified of a rule-breaker by a member? What would you do? Why? if i was notified of a rule breaker i would make each person tell their side of their story so that way none is left out and to see if one confesses to a crime if the accused is not present i would sure that there is proof of what has happend there for i could take action against it. without proof i could not assume anyone had done anything to break a rule therefor no action could be taken.(50 words minimum).
4. If someone found diamonds and it was broadcasted, what would you do? Why? if someone found diamonds i would notify them that if they were to let people near them they may get into a fight and loose their diamonds if not secured safely. i would also make sure that the diamonds were not spawned or hacked to get. i would tell the finder to make sure hes around people he can trust so know one try to steal them from you. (50 words minimum).
5. If someone cursed you out with the words that haven't been censored, how would you respond? Why? i would msg them to please not curse on the server if one did not know of it being mean and irresponsible and if they proceed to use foul language i would consult an admin to find out what action needs taken. (50 words minimum).
