1. What is your age and your current level of education? 14 years old, 9
2. Is English your native language, and if not how many English courses have you taken? English is my main language but i also speak Russian and Georgian
3. In your opinion, what would be the ideal staff? (150 words minimum). Well for me i know every command of all the server plugins i own Mau5Craft the server and i have lots of experience as being an Owner and i think i would be a really good admin since lots of people love my work and what i do. I can practicly answer everyone's questions, i'm amazing with world edit, i can also help with coding for permissions, i also always look out for people so they are not griefing, hacking, stealing and that they are following the rules if they aren't then i take the actions to make them follow the rules.
4. What qualifies you to be part of the staff? (100 words minimum). I can handle people whining since i have to handle that every single day lol, i'm very patient, i enforce people to follow the rules, in my free time i usually go around the map fixing griefs that happened and fixing up the land to make it look nice, if people do some griefing if you allow me i can jail them if its a minor grief or ban them if you insist if its a big grief, also i am very talented in building i do building contests and i'm really good with spawn building, making rules, areanas, pixelart, noteblocks, etc.

1. If two members had gotten into an argument, how would you break it up, and leave them both happy? (50 words minimum). First up i would teleport to them and calm them both down and ask them what has happened and etc, i would listen to both sides of there stories, if it was a situation with griefing i would check the logs with hawkeye and at the end i would break them up and fix if anything was griefed, or stolen and then i would calm them down.
2. If someone broke a rule, and you caught them, what would you do? Why? (50 words minimum). First up if i had permission to ban or jail someone if its a serious problem like very serious i would ban the player so they understand what they did wrong if it was a not so small problem i would temporary jail them, if it was just a minor problem i would tell the player not to do it again and i would make sure to keep an eye on them so they don't do anything bad.
3. What if you were notified of a rule-breaker by a member? What would you do? Why? (50 words minimum). First up i would get the story of the member who notified me then i would talk to the player who broke the rule and i would say i have heard the word on the streets that you have been breaking rules, then i would check what rule they broke and exactly what they did if they griefed or stole something i would fix the problem and also give that rule breaker a consequence.
4. If someone found diamonds and it was broadcasted, what would you do? Why? (50 words minimum). I would simply message the player and say "good job finding diamonds that must be lots of hard work" then i woudl vanish and spy on the player and see if they are not hacking and if it wasn't an x-ray path even though the server runs orebfuscator which blocks that.
5. If someone cursed you out with the words that haven't been censored, how would you respond? Why? (50 words minimum). I would listen to what they are saying and let them curse at me till they are done then i would say that is very disrespectful and why do you feel like cursing at me if it's not a good response then i will simply mute them and jail them in my perspective and if it was a good response meaning i did something bad then i would say i'm sorry and fix there problem.
