Game Makers?

I keep on thinking that im the youngest game programer in the world, anyone else knows Java or C# programming.

there was one game that i made, wich is a online first person shooter. infact not be a show off but, at school weeks ago i asked one of my friends to test out the game. so we tested the game, and it worked perfect at school. so then others saw us playing and then 10 more people joined us, the teachers were also impressed too. so in total there was 12 people playing, in 2 teams. and everyone asked -

how do you make games, your game is amazing.

- and that gave me hope and confidence telling me that i am capable of making awesome games. and now im making games like a pro, and im not using GameMaker , im using pure programming

Sounds like you have a nice future ahead of you . I still haven't found what I'm good at.
P.S: when you have a lot of money....don't end up jacking it in san Diego

I'm also working on a game,but It's not gonna be as awesome as Dry's,since I use alternative ways of making games while Dry uses raw scripts.Mainly,I use GameMaker,RPG Maker VX Ace,etc.I may make a good game,but Dry's will certainly be better :3

i've had my game out to the public for a while now. already has quite a few sequels. it's like your game, a shooter, but there are perks, levels, even prestiges. i call it "call of duty"

lol - if u were to try to make a game like cod u it would take years to make it.

erza try using unity3d, it can make games in 3 diemensions, unlike those that are all in 2d. and also if youre not a good game scripter theres answers.unity3d.com

unity3d can make perfect shaped cubes, spheres, capsules, cylinders in a 3d world.
plus the sphere is really graphical

I don't really like 3D games too much,most of them are complicated to make/play. A top-down RPG like one of the first few Final Fantasy games is very satisfying for me.Also,I suck at scripting...I don't even know a single thing about it.The problems at game making for me are textures and scripting.If you could recommend me a site with some good textures for games,I'd really appreciate it.

meh I don't even play on the Xbox anymore.....it seens like everysingle game I get is sooooooooo damn boring....soooooo freaking faaast... and all thesegames today are tOooooooo easyyyyyyy....There not a challenge at allllll....and there all basicly the exact same thingsss......I sleep through half of those games.....and I have to force myself to play cause I spended 60 F***CKING DOLLARS ON THESE PIECES OF SHIT!!!!!!!!!!

erza take a look at the unity3d asset store, lots of stuff there to look at most are free and some are paid. then for textures take a look at cgtextures on google, then for scripting as i said go on

both of these u can ask any script questions, you can also ask there about where u can find textures.

i like unity3d because its good with networking, really easy to maky any kind of online even an mmorpg.
