How long and how many times do you estimate to be on per day?: I play about everyday and I am on for about 7 hours each day.
How long have you been playing Minecraft: I have been playing minecraft for about 1 year now.
How long have you been playing on GengaCraft?: I have been playing on Gengacraft for about well over 1 or 2 months now.

1. What is your age and your current level of education? I am 14 years old and I am in High School
2. Is English your native language, and if not how many English courses have you taken? Yes, english is my native language.
3. In your opinion, what would be the ideal staff? (150 words minimum). The ideal staff in my opinion is a person that is responsible in every way. He helps people and is not only respectful, but is nice and sincere for the members in the server. He would think first and not be hard headed and would solve problems as a mature responsible adult.
4. What qualifies you to be part of the staff? (100 words minimum). I have the characteristics of a real staff. I am a nice person that is nice and compassionate to everybody that is here. I would be smart and not take drastic actions for every situation and try to solve problems in a higher level than some people so I can figure out what needs to be done.

.::Quiz::.
1. If two members had gotten into an argument, how would you break it up, and leave them both happy? (50 words minimum). I would be calm about it and not go in there and start anymore problems. I would hear each persons side of the story and try to come up with a solution that they both would agree with and still be happy with the outcome.
2. If someone broke a rule, and you caught them, what would you do? Why? (50 words minimum). I would warn them that that is not allowed. If the problem persists, I would kick the player and tell him not to do it. If it happens again, I would temporary ban him so he can learn about his actions for about 30 minutes. If it happens again, I would temp ban him again but for a longer period of time. If it happens one more time, I would just ban the person for his rude behavior.
3. What if you were notified of a rule-breaker by a member? What would you do? Why? (50 words minimum). I would go spectate the rule-breaker to see if he actually did break a rule. If he did, I would tell him to stop doing that and if it happens again I would kick him as a warning. If it happens again, I would just temp ban him or just perma ban him.
4. If someone found diamonds and it was broadcasted, what would you do? Why? (50 words minimum). I would vanish and spectate him. I would not immediately suspect that the person is using an xray. But if that person is constantly finding diamonds in a very short period of time, I would take a screenshot to post it to the forum, verifying that I am not a liar and I would ban the person that is xraying.
5. If someone cursed you out with the words that haven't been censored, how would you respond? Why? (50 words minimum). I would not curse back and be a respectful person. I would tell him that he should not curse at anybody no matter what circumstances and let him off with a warning. If it happens again, I would kick him and if it keeps happening I would temporary ban him until he sees the truth in his terrible actions.
