3. In your opinion, what would be the ideal staff? (150 words minimum).A staff that is fair, dosent annoy other players, A staff that dosent ban for the littlest things, A staff that dosent give players over-the-top benefits and keeps things simple and fair. The ideal staff that holds the respect of the players and helps whenever they can. I have learned during my time on GengaCraft that the player base is often fair but can be annoying at times but the current staff are fair and will help and punish if nessesary but will always remain fair. I have had the plesure of playing on this server without any major inccedint with staff or players and I want to take my membership on GengaCraft to the next level and hopefully gain a higher prestige among its ranks. I admit that i am disliked among the player base and have been PvPing since my first hours on GengaCraft and that has result in inslut but i like the server and i still wish to continue playing for awhile to come. I know that ive probably broken rules and i apolagise for any mistakes i have made

4. What qualifies you to be part of the staff? (100 words minimum).
I have owned and Admined have been a Mod on and have kept the peace on plenty of minecraft severs in my time playing and would like to have a crack at GengaCraft I have broken rules and i'm apparently a renowed PvPer and i may have had complaints filed about me but i belive I am fit to staff the lovley server GengaCraft and keep the peace there. I am playing whenever time allows and I wish to join the ranks of the GengaCraft staff. I follow most important forum posts and i keep myself up to date on the server status and the forum status of its player base.

.::Quiz::.
1. If two members had gotten into an argument, how would you break it up, and leave them both happy? (50 words minimum).It depends on what the argument was about. If it was about PvP i would tell them to both grow up and tell me the problem. If it was about greifing and one of the players was mad i would try and resolve the problem with a temp ban (say 2 hrs) and send them on there way

2. If someone broke a rule, and you caught them, what would you do? Why? (50 words minimum).If they were a new player and did not understand the rules fully i would give them a warning and a temp ban. if they were a seasond player and understood the rules fully i would ban them (if i could of course) and inform my peers about it so they can deside if my actions were suitable and fair.
3. What if you were notified of a rule-breaker by a member? What would you do? Why? (50 words minimum).If the rule breaking were serious(Heavy Greifing,
Hacks ect.)I would Ban or kick the offending player and notifie my peers and let them decide what to do about the offender and deal with him accordingly. if it was a minor offence (spamming,insulting,spamming ect.) a hourly temp ban should do the trick or a mute for 20 mins always seems to help the problem

4. If someone found diamonds and it was broadcasted, what would you do? Why? (50 words minimum).i have never had a problem with diamond brodcasting but if the player tp's another player to there location and they get killed i will hold the diamond finder responsible for his actions and i will not intervene farther but i will make sure to have a word with the diamond finder about tping other players to there location and make sure they act accordingly.

5. If someone cursed you out with the words that haven't been censored, how would you respond? Why? (50 words minimum).I would mute them for a period of time and make sure they dont try to cuss or swear during there time on the server. Being a Mod or Admin on other servers has taught me to keep a cool head in difficult situations and while being insulted by players who think my desicens were unjust thank you for your time ~BlackAce56

.::Conclusion::.
Any thing that doesn't follow this guideline, will lead to their application to be denied. All requirements must be followed, otherwise, your chances of becoming part of the staff is slim.

If you do not intend to do the server any good, and just to use it for superiority, more commands, abusion, etc; Please do not apply.
