i already think Genga is going to add this since we talked about it....but might as well post it here for others to see.

Griefprevention is an AntiGrief plugin. perfect for noobs because its noob-friendly. all you do is place a chest. thats it

if you need to adject your protected land. just use a golden shovel, right click the glowstone-corner, and move it. that simple. you get 100blocks avaiable by default. and every hour you get 100 more. very simple because if people decide to expand. it should take them abit to collect resource, build, etc. so this plugin is perfect.

Griefprevention denys every one of this below:
animal kill
lava placing
door opening
any blocks breaking
water placing
flint-steel lighting
placing
lever-button usage
and more!

this plugin also includes pvp combat logout timers. so if people try to log. theyd have to wait 15seconds to log out, or if genga edits the config, less or more.

one problem what about raiding?

Yea what about Raiding. Raiding is allowed and is done a lot by factions this will probably make some complications to that.
