gengar is probably just getting it ready to play, the old world may have got deleted, when you kill power to a PC hosting a server it corrupts the world 99% of the time (it happened to me before...)
the LAN connection is probably to weak to host a full tilt 30 slot server, its only a 5 slot now...
Sandy even screwed up my LAN connection, my connection is barely hanging in there, and my router and my laptop are dieing, which doesnt help LOL
BUT ITS COMING BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1!!1!!!!one!!!!!!
