.::Important Questions::.
1. What is your age and your current level of education? my age is 12... so naturally im in 6 grade
2. Is English your native language, and if not how many English courses have you taken? english is my native language.
3. In your opinion, what would be the ideal staff? (150 words minimum). An ideal staff would be for me caring, patient, understanding and nonetheless mature. Maybe u will deny me because i am 12, but i am mature , that i can tell you. Staffs should be on minecraft ( Gengacraft Server ) at least 5 times a week, unless he or she asks the owner ( Gengarx33 ) to have a small break
4. What qualifies you to be part of the staff? (100 words minimum). i am very intelligent. Proof : Math exam : 100 , Science : 100 , Geography : 98 , : English 96 . But i will not boast my IQ unless it is required. My patience will be tested, but i will do my best to control it. I will not have favorites.

.::Quiz::.
1. If two members had gotten into an argument, how would you break it up, and leave them both happy? (50 words minimum). 1) I will find out what is happening, if someone is lieing or being unfair, i will ask the person to stop, ( Kick or ban if hes resisting ) but if someone is swearing or if they got into a conversation involving : insulting, coarse language, or sexuality, i will ask them NICEly to stop, then again same thing if they dont obey me
2. If someone broke a rule, and you caught them, what would you do? Why? (50 words minimum). this depends on what rule did they break. If it was griefing i will temp ban him for 1 hour after he gets on. i do this so he can think CAREFULLY why he did this? But if its spam, i will ask him to stop once, then twice and if he does NOT stop, i will tell him that i will temp ban him for 3 hours. Then if he doesnt , well simple: he gets temp banned for 3 hours.
3. What if you were notified of a rule-breaker by a member? What would you do? Why? (50 words minimum).I will find out, and if its true i will punish the rule-breaker. But if its false, i will punish the other guy for trying to get the "rule-breaker" in trouble. Some conditions dont apply consequences
4. If someone found diamonds and it was broadcasted, what would you do? Why? (50 words minimum).Well if he does this repeatly then i will ask him to stop: he is braggig and may annoy other people, staff wants all the people to be happy
5. If someone cursed you out with the words that haven't been censored, how would you respond? Why? (50 words minimum).Then i will use the usual way of asking him 3 times to stop ( each after if he replies) then i will temp ban him for 2 days for insulting the staff.

.::Conclusion::.
Any thing that doesn't follow this guideline, will lead to their application to be denied. All requirements must be followed, otherwise, your chances of becoming part of the staff is slim

I agree with iron man guy too many ppl want to mods but I don't play on the server so does it matter and pa I think survival is better most mods jut want to be it for the power and like iron if there's to many mods an so lil members there's no point of it being a survival sever might add well creative and I have a feeling that ppl who play on gengacraft there is hardly any action everyone is friend but idk that .

My dreams fall apart because of JOSE! and i dont want mod for power, i wanna help people, if u dont believe me enter my life!
